Nebraska Spine Hospital

November 12, 2013in

I wrote this story about the Nebraska Spine Hospital for the November/December 2010 issue of the Physicians Bulletin, the newsletter for the Metro Omaha Medical Society. The Bulletin is published by Omaha Magazine.

Corey Ross, managing editor of Omaha Magazine, sent me this comment:

Just thought I’d let you know the MOMS (Metro Omaha Medical Society) board was very complimentary of the quality of the Nebraska Spine Hospital story. They said you did a great job of a writing it in a way that would appeal to physicians.

Journey: A Better Weigh

November 12, 2013in

Catena Creations created the branding image for  Journey: A Better Weigh. To start, we designed the website in WordPress.com. The font and colors were implemented in the website by writing additional CSS code. The owner also purchased a URL for her site.

We designed a logo using a stock image and customized it by adding the type in a font from Typekit. We also designed the company’s business cards, referral cards, a flyer, and  two posters for a walking challenge.

NSRC website update

November 12, 2013in

Catena Creations breathed new life into the Web site for the Nebraska Society for Respiratory Care (NSRC) in 2011-2012.

The site was originally built in Joomla 1.0, which Joomla quit supporting in 2009. Catena Creations updated and maintained the site for a year, then was awarded the contract to rebuild the site in October 2011.

The site had to be completely reconstructed. We were able to copy and paste text over from the old site to new. All photos, graphics, PDFs and other media files had to be reuploaded and reinstalled.

The site was updated again in 2015 to a template that made the site mobile-friendly.

To get the details, read the rest of the story in my blog, and visit the NSRC Web site.
